ADDITIONAL CHARGES / BASIC TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Collection and delivery of equipment within 50 km radius from Kempton Park: R300.
2. Setting up and de-rigging of small / medium sound & lighting systems: R250.
3. Discounted rates may be given to clients that require the equipment for longer than 3 rental days.
4. A refundable deposit of R500 to R3000 may be charged for DRY HIRE equipment rentals.
5. LAMPRO AUDIO reserves the right to choose what equipment may be rented out and the basis on which the equipment will be supplied to the client.
6. The above mentioned prices excludes insurance for damage, loss & security of equipment. If this option is required by the client, an additional charge will be added to the total amount.
   
7. Full liability is accepted by the client, quoted person or relevant company for ensuring the safety and proper use of the equipment.
8. If there should be adverse weather conditions for ex. rain, which the equipment might be exposed to, the equipment CANNOT be operated.
9. The client, quoted person or relevant company will be held liable for ANY equipment damage & repairs whilst the equipment remains in their possession. This inlcudes components such as halogen lamps, smoke fluid pumps, speaker drivers, amplifiers & transformers.
   
10. Extra consumables, for example 9V / AA batteries, smoke fluid, CD-R's, etc. will be charged to the clients account in addition to the above mentioned prices.
11. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the booking of any equipment & future processing of all transactions. This only applies to transactions above R1000, any transactions under R1000 needs to be paid in full to confirm a booking.
    
12. All confirmed bookings that is cancelled 3 days prior to the event or date of collection will NOT be refunded.
13. Collection times for equipment hired during the week: Mondays to Fridays between 9:00 and 16:00.
14. Collection times for equipment hired over weekends: Fridays after 14:00 and returned by the following Monday morning before 10:00.
15. Prices & rates may change at any given time without prior notice.
16. Equipment that is listed above might be different to those shown in the pictures.
17. Equipment is supplied on a first come first serve basis. If any of the listed equipment is not available for hire, a different item of the same value or spec will be supplied as an alternative.
