LAMPRO AUDIO also presents a basic training course in Sound Reinforcement, which includes all the various aspects of live sound applications. Training manuals are made available during the course, as well as a training DVD and PowerPoint presentation with detailed images and diagrams of everything that is discussed. Here follows some of the topics that are included in the training course:

• THE BASICS OF SOUND: acoustic & electric energy
• THE SOUND CHAIN: microphones, mixers, loudspeakers & more
• THE BASICS OF MIXING: live & monitor sound engineering
• SOUND TERMINOLOGY: descriptions of terms that are used in sound applications

Please note that this course will only be presented when a group of at least 5 to 10 people will be attending. Group bookings are essential. This course takes 2 days to complete - one day for theory training & one day for practical training.

NO QUALIFICATION or DIPLOMA is given once the course has been completed. The training contained in the course is for beginners that has not yet had any formal training in sound reinforcement. It is thus more focused on certain orginisations such as churches, etc.

A minimum charge of R500 to R900 per person will be charged for the training course, depending on the amount of people that will be attending.
